1. Project Scope & Changes

Roy Growth Agency agrees to deliver services (Web Design, SEO, Technical Architecture, etc.) as detailed in the agreed-upon proposal or quotation. Any work requested outside of this scope will be considered a "Change Request" and will incur additional charges. Client approval is required before proceeding with any changes.

2. Payment Terms & Non-Refundable Fee

A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to commence any project. This fee covers immediate resource allocation, strategic planning, and initial setup costs. Final payment is due prior to the final delivery or website launch. Failure to complete final payment may result in project delays or withholding of intellectual property.

3. Client Responsibilities & Content

The client is responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, videos, logos, access credentials) in a timely manner. Delays in content submission exceeding 7 business days may impact project timelines and incur holding fees. Roy Growth Agency is not liable for content provided by the client, including copyright or trademark infringements.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All intellectual property (code, design files, SEO strategies) developed by Roy Growth Agency remains the property of the agency until 100% of the final payment is received and cleared. Upon full payment, all ownership rights for the delivered project components transfer to the client.

5. Post-Launch Support & Warranty

We provide a 15-day complimentary support period for bug fixes post-launch. Any unauthorized modifications to the website's code, backend settings, or SEO configurations by the client or third parties will immediately void our performance warranty and may incur charges for rectifying issues.

6. SEO Guarantees & Algorithm Changes

Roy Growth Agency implements ethical, white-hat SEO strategies aimed at long-term organic growth. However, we cannot control search engine algorithms (e.g., Google updates). Therefore, we do not offer specific ranking guarantees but focus on providing a technically optimized foundation. We are not liable for ranking fluctuations beyond our technical control.

7. Project Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. If the client terminates the project before completion, all outstanding fees for work performed up to the termination date, including the non-refundable advance, will be immediately due.

8. Limitation of Liability

The total liability of Roy Growth Agency to the client shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
